These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, participation, and completion of the Diploma in Structural Steel Detailing (“Course”). By registering for the Course, the student (“Participant”) agrees to comply with all the terms outlined below.
Participants are expected to have successfully completed a Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering, along with a strong understanding of engineering drawings and basic computer skills.
Admission to the Course is confirmed upon successful submission of the application form and payment of the prescribed fees. The institute reserves the right to revoke any application without assigning a reason.
All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the commencement of the Course. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of registration.
Course fees are non-refundable once the admission is confirmed. Refunds are made only for duplicate payments or service cancellation by us before commencement.
The institute reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty, or course content to maintain quality standards or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants are expected to maintain regular attendance and actively engage in sessions, assignments, and practical exercises. Minimum attendance requirements may apply for certification eligibility
All course content, including notes, software training materials, videos, and assignments, is the intellectual property of the institute. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
Participants will receive training on industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and SDS2. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure proper usage of the licenses provided.
Certification will be awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, including assignments, assessments, and minimum attendance criteria. The institute reserves the right to withhold certification in case of non-compliance.
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior. Any form of misconduct, plagiarism, harassment, or disruption may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the Course without refund.
The institute shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in the Course, including but not limited to technical issues, software access, or employment outcomes.
While the institute may provide placement support or guidance, it does not guarantee job placement. Employment opportunities depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.
The institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will take immediate effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
By enrolling in the Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
